Refund policy

Ordered the wrong thing? Been there, done that.

You have 14 days to return your product to us after you've received it (we'll know since we get PUDO and/or Courier Guy notifications)

Does your product qualify for a return?

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be NEAT
  • It must look and work like new - because it MUST STILL BE NEW and unused.

How to return your product:

  • Send us a pic of the product and a reason for your return to support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za so that we can get you sorted ASAP
  • We'll let you know if your return is approved (subject to the stuff above)
  • You book the product in at your nearest PUDO locker, for delivery to our nearest PUDO locker (Shell Baobab - Rustenburg Rd, Kalk St, Krugersdorp, Gauteng). This will be at your own cost, think of this as the handling fee.*
  • Once we've received the product on our end, we'll process your return.
  • Products are not immediately accepted for return - we still need to accept it and get stuff running! 
  • From there, we'll refund you via PayFast. For partial refunds, we're required to request your payment details for confirmation. We won't do anything with this except put it into PayFast on our side, it's totally fine.

*If it won't fit in a PUDO locker, we'll see what we can do from our side.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period - Not Applicable 
Shipments can only be made to delivery addresses within South Africa. Anything 'international' will have to be discussed with our team on support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za
