We've got the following delivery policies:
R 750 and more - FREE to all major areas
R 10 000 and more - orders are subject to different shipping rules. Don't worry, we'll help you out, and if you want to enquire about shipping prices directly, shoot us a mail at support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za

*Some stuff is just TOO big to PUDO - we'll disable shipping on these and help you out after checkout with more shipping options. Making shopping easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Been there, done that.

You have 14 days to return your product to us after you've received it.

Does your product qualify to return?

• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be NEAT - if it's full of dirt, wash it off (if that won't damage it)
• It must look and work like new - after all, this product will be someone else's perfect irrigation solution.

How to return your product:

• Send us a pic of the product and a reason for your return to support@irrigationonlinesa.co.za so that we can get you sorted ASAP
• We'll let you know if your return is approved (subject to the stuff above)
• You book the product in at your nearest PUDO locker, for delivery to our nearest PUDO locker (Shell Baobab - Rustenburg Rd, Kalk St, Krugersdorp, Gauteng). This will be at your own cost, think of this as the handling fee.
• Once we've received the product on our end, we'll process your return.

If it won't fit in a PUDO locker, we'll see what we can do from our side.
